In November 2024, Lokin Construction completed the renovation project of the daily cosmetic production project of Bohong Biotechnology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., with a project value of 4.3744 million yuan, covering the partial cleanroom renovation of Workshop 1 and Workshop 2. This renovation focuses on the production workshops of eye cosmetics and children's skin care products, which need to meet the Class D cleanliness standard specified in the "Cosmetic Production Quality Management Specifications", putting strict requirements on workshop pressure difference control and air filtration accuracy.
During the construction, the company innovatively adopted the "modular cleanroom unit" technology, prefabricated color steel plate partitions and high-efficiency air filtration modules, which increased the on-site assembly efficiency by 40%. To address the problem of dust easily generated in cosmetic production, a custom-designed side-suction ventilation system was developed, combined with a PLC intelligent control system to adjust the air volume in real time, ensuring that the concentration of suspended particles in the workshop is stably controlled below 352,000 particles/m³. The project passed the on-site inspection by the Jiangsu Provincial Drug Administration, with all indicators exceeding the standards. At present, it has helped the client put 3 new production lines into operation, demonstrating the company's technical strength in the field of fine chemical cleanroom engineering.
