-Project Planning Phase
We begin with thorough constructability analysis, then develop detailed plans (including CEP, SSSP, QCP, scheduling and site logistics). Our team coordinates pre-construction prep, supplier EHS management, GC tendering and document approval.
-Construction Execution Phase
During construction, Lokin optimizes site use and schedule, reviews submissions and updates progress regularly. We enforce EHS standards via work permits, safety meetings and inspections, and ensure quality through sample checks, non-conformance handling and on-site audits.
-Commissioning & Acceptance
We create detailed plans for HVAC, BMS and electrical systems, support SAT, implement IQ/OQ/PQ processes and provide training to prepare for smooth project handover.
