On July 1, 2024, Lokin Construction won the bid for the second section of the monosodium glutamate project (refining workshop + fermentation workshop) air conditioning and cleanroom system engineering of the new 231227 project in the Western District of Tongliao. The project is a key project for the upgrading of the local food industry, which needs to meet the high-precision requirements for temperature, humidity and cleanliness during the fermentation process. Specifically, the fermentation workshop needs to maintain a constant temperature of 28℃±0.5℃ and a constant humidity of 65%±5%.
In response to the high humidity characteristics of monosodium glutamate production, the company customized a corrosion-resistant air handling unit, using 316L stainless steel heat exchange coils, combined with independently developed antibacterial air filters, which can effectively inhibit the growth of microorganisms. During construction, the innovative "zoned pressure difference control" technology was adopted to avoid cross-contamination in different production links. At the same time, the PLC system was used to link and control the frequency of 12 fans to realize dynamic energy consumption optimization. At present, the project has entered the commissioning stage. The system operation data shows that the workshop cleanliness has reached the 100,000-class standard, and the energy consumption has been reduced by 18% compared with the traditional scheme, winning high recognition from the client.
